Parcel Post Stamps
Parcel Post stamps were introduced in 1912 to pay the rate on larger parcels. Additional printings stopped in 1913 with the decision that regular stamps could be used for parcels and the parcel post stamps were destroyed in 1921. The 20c of this series is the first stamp issued to show an airplane.
