Parcel Postage Due Stamps
Parcel Postage Due Stamps were issued along with the parcel post stamps in 1912. They were issued to charge parcel receivers in the event that the parcel was mailed with insufficient postage. Parcel postage dues were allowed to be used as postage dues beginning in 1919. These stamps are very difficult to collect with large margins or exceptional centering.
