"Convience Returns": Any items can be returned up to 30 days from purchase at the convience of the customer. I will fully refund the stamp purchase price less shipping and handling costs.

 

Returns due to listing errors: In the event of a listing error such as an undescribed fault, I will fully refund the stamp cost, all shipping and handling costs and the shipping and handling costs to return the item. Stamps sold with a valid certificate issued within 10 years of the purchase date can be returned if there is an undescribed error but will be treated as "convience returns". Similarily stamps sold that had a posted image scan and are returned due to centering will be treated as "convience returns".

 

Purchases on Extension: Any item may be placed on extension if I am notified within 15 days of purchase of buyer's intent. In the event that an item is found to have undescribed faults, it may be returned for a full refund including shipping and handling, return shipping costs and certification costs with the following exceptions.  If the stamp was sold with a valid certificate issued within the last 10 years, I will only refund the stamp purchase price. If the stamp was purchased for less than $250, I will not refund the purchase price of the certificate.
